As your birth Doula, I will provide non-medical physical and emotional support. This package offers prenatal visits, birth support, and postpartum visits. You can expect to discuss your birth preferences, address anxieties, and create a birth plan. I will provide the information to help you feel informed and confident about your birth experience. - 3 prenatal visits - Birth planning - Virtual or in person support during early labor - In- person support during active labor - 2 postpartum visits -24/7 emotional support begins after week 37
